For those of us who may be working remotely and staying home, we may feel helpless, like we aren’t making a difference during this pandemic. While these feelings may be arising, alone with anxiety or loneliness, you can access these great, remote, services from members in our Network  to chat with a counsellor or a peer advisor.  We’ve also gathered a few ideas if you’re looking for a different way to help the fight against COVID-19.
