The word formation comes to us from our founding Sisters. More than training, formation can also be a personal or spiritual journey. You, the leaders in our Network are diverse, in terms of personal faith, traditions, and beliefs. Those differences are very important to hold on to, as formation happens when we bring our whole selves to this experience. We invite you to engage both your hearts and your minds in this process.
